Balmoral Hill Architectural Home, Christchurch

This stunning 3 storey architecturally-designed home allowed Swift Designs to incorporate all their design skills to create a home that reflected the design brief of modern, coastal & quirky.

Every detail in the interior of the home was overseen by Swift Designs. The detail and textural elements of the design were paramount to creating a home that reflected the owners passion for the coast, birdlife and art.

All furniture, drapery, upholstery, material selections and furniture was designed and supplied by Swift Designs.

Having a new house designed and under construction we thought it was a good idea to employ an interior designer for the first time and it was one of the best decisions we made.

Treena Swift from Swift Designs became involved during construction and undertook furniture layout and selection, selection of floor coverings, rugs, tiles, fabrics, window treatments, light fittings, colours and finishes for built-in joinery. Treena considered every detail and worked closely with our architect, builder and a number of specialist suppliers to achieve an outstanding result.

At all times Treena acted in a professional and timely manner, respecting our own choices and continually offering us options and alternatives to ensure we did not have to make any compromises through the selection process. The result speaks for itself and is something that Treena has every right to be proud of.
