Commercial Garage Space

This 1980s built commercial premises required an upgrade to current MTA standards in order to achieve the MTA Certifications.

This project involved separating the office from the workshop, creating a safe entrance & waiting area for customers. We achieved this by moving the staffroom from the downstairs location, where the new office/reception now sits.

An accessible toilet was an addition to the building and new window joinery, lighting, internal finishes, colours and materials were specified. The plans were submitted in conjunction with James Hunter Design.
